Unexpected Opportunities

Hey everyone!  It has been a while since my last blog… life has been a bit crazy!

A lot of you have heard that I have started working with a company, Life’s Abundance, and their new nutrition line.  I loved the products and the quality ingredients so much that I became a field representative.  SO out of my comfort zone!  I have recently started to be more selective about what I eat and what my kids eat.  My kids love the plant based protein powder and the antioxidant mineral drink.  We all also use the fish oil supplement.  I LOVE the greens blend drink, which is a great way to get more veggies in your diet (my kids are still on the fence with this even though it tastes great.  I sneak it in their smoothies).

If you are interested in learning more, in trying any of the products or becoming a field representative yourself, please let me know!  I have lots of information and samples :)

I am also thinking of adding some things to my website and would appreciate any feedback!  I would like to add some meditation videos for kids that would be short and sweet.  And I would also like to add some smoothie recipes and other healthy recipes that I have discovered using the vanilla protein powder (http://bit.ly/1RM9yXS) that are kid-friendly.  The recipes come from nutritionists and others who use these products, and some are just recipes I have discovered through trial and error!

I am obviously not a health and wellness expert… But this new opportunity has come up as I try and live a more authentic and spiritually healthy life… so the time seemed right and as I go on this journey, I want to share it with you!  In trying to live a life more aligned life in terms of spiritual and mental well-being, it seemed to make sense that I should be putting healthy food in my body as well.  I have found that as I become healthier on the inside AND the outside, that other things fall into place.  For example, my anxiety is more manageable.  Practicing gratitude, reiki and meditation helps, but eating fruit and vegetables and healthy ingredients are also helping my anxiety as well.  It is a whole systems approach and it seems to be working.

Leave me some comments at the end of this blog and let me know if you would be interested in the meditations (for adults and kids) and some healthy recipes that are kid-friendly.  Thank you :)
